For ages I couldn’t find a codec that would take my 2.38Gb Quicktime movie and reduce it to a size thats uploadable and playable on web video sites. Apologies to Microsoft – they invented the .asf (advanced streaming fprmat) back in 2000 and it’s absolutely brilliant, retaining the sharp graphics and rapid montage that are a feature of ZeitEYE – and compressing down to a phenomenal 238 megabytes!
